I&#039;ve just decided (two days ago in fact) to try and listen to the &quot;still small voice of calm&quot; - which led me to your post about meditation.  But I like this concept of not being a &quot;no&quot; person, and with me the two are related - too often I don&#039;t do the thing the still, small voice is telling me to do - for a multitude of reasons - and I think life would be considerably more interesting and creative if I just said &quot;yes&quot; to it instead of &quot;no&quot;.]]></description>
